Hi there, I’m Jane
I help organizations understand what’s changing, decide what matters, and build what’s next.
Jane Scudder
For 15+ years, I’ve worked inside consequential moments of change across business and society. From major acquisitions, ideating and launching new ventures and products, to shaping new business models, casting future of work and curating learning experiences that enable leaders to explore how to reimagine themselves in the age of AI.
Figuring out what AI actually changes.
Today, I work with Fortune 100 leadership teams navigating questions around AI, growth, customer transformation, new business models, and long-range strategy.
Increasingly, my work centers on AI: where it creates meaningful new value, how it changes the way organizations operate, and what it takes to move from experimentation to adoption.
The question I find most interesting isn’t what AI can do. It’s what becomes possible because of it — and what we should build differently as a result.

Observation + market gap = product
The Growth Stack: Your Personal Pocket Coach
While building my own company, I noticed something:
The biggest breakthroughs rarely came from having the perfect answer. They came from asking better questions.
So I built a product around that idea. The Growth Stack is a physical conversation tool designed to help people uncover assumptions, ask better questions, and create more useful conversations.
I took it from observation through concept design, testing, beta production and launched via a crowdfunding raise in 2021. Within weeks we reached 135% of the crowdfunding goal and the product found its way into organizations around the world.
